2D Objects that Look 3DA SPRITE is a flat two-dimensional image texture on a plane. It mimicks being three-dimensional by rotating to face the user's camera.
Sprites are an easy way to include a complicated object on you region, while using very little browser resources. In the video below, the pink hibiscus tree is a sprite.
